Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls recently held its second closed beta test. Like the first test, this opportunity was exclusive to PlayStation 5 owners.
The meta had been changed up a little bit due to the balance adjustments that were applied since the first round. This gave Arc System Works the opportunity to gather data about the game while players got to experience the gameplay firsthand.
Just recently, Arc System Works revealed the most popular team that saw usage in the second closed beta of the Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. This team was Doctor Doom, Ghost Rider, Iron Man and Spider-Man.
It’s worth highlighting that in a beta with eight characters in which each player must choose four of them, there were 70 different teams that could be selected (assuming the order doesn’t matter).
Of course, it’s also important to note that Ghost Rider and Spider-Man were both unavailable in the first closed beta period. In other words, it’s likely that these two characters came up often since those that had already experienced the first beta had previously tried out the other six combatants beforehand.
We’ve been waiting a long time for news about Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. Here’s hoping that we’re in for some exciting announcements that can further shake up the character popularity in the future.
