Hello, I used to play cs2 on a laptop and used to get like 50-70fps at the time, but now I finally bought a pc. On the laptop i had the absolute lowest settings possible. But, on the pc my fps sits at around 140, in some situations 90. Ive got an 210hz monitor and those "hops" are annoying for me. Can anyone give me the best settings for both performance and quality? Like a screenshot of your graphic settings in the game.
(NO I WILL NOT SET A LOWER REFRESH RATE. WHY? BECAUSE YES)
