So I recently got myself a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with a 240 16' screen and a 5070Ti and Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, and I am getting these massive stutters ONLY on CS2. (for example, EA FC 26 performs perfectly) I've tried A LOT of stuff (only using certain cpu cores, setting cs2.exe to high priority…) I do notice cpu usage might be a bit too low for this game (around 15-25%). The game absolutely freezes as shown in the video for a second or two and makes It impossible to play.
