Earlier this month, the Call of Duty: Mobile and Street Fighter 6 collaboration was announced. This was being done in celebration of the mobile game’s 11th season and 6th anniversary.
The artwork being released for the collaboration was immediately able to catch our attention due to how… bizarre it looked. Seeing as how the Call of Duty development team is open about their usage of generative AI, it seemed highly likely that the artwork wasn’t entirely created by human artists.
Regardless, it’s been announced that the Street Fighter 6 skins are now available in Call of Duty: Mobile. Players can now essentially play as some of their favorite Street Fighter combatants in the Call of Duty setting.
The available skins are for Ryu, Chun-Li, Akuma and Cammy. We previously saw artwork for Luke for Call of Duty: Mobile, but a skin for him is nowhere to be found.
Notably, characters will also utilize weapons that are based on their likeness. Overall, comments seem to be reacting positively to the skins.
As each character shows up in the newly released trailer, the Street Fighter 6 announcer reveals each of them as a “new challenger.”
