Since my rtx 2070 super broke, I found these at the nearest staples? Which one should I buy? Or should I even buy them?

My rtx 2070 super was failing causing my screen to black out and fans to get loud suddenly. I Replaced it with an old gpu and it worked fine meaning my gpu was the issue.
