I think 3kliks is somehow more than a music creator for CS (his financial tie to CS2) so he often gaslights and downplays issues (like cheating). IMO he's at minimum an insider Valve uses for PR with his videos.
anyway … He is calling out the problem which is turning CS2 into TF2
