They could make the DLC instanced – literally go to NCX the space station and go to the Crystal Palace for a gig – oh no, the space station goes into lockdown – hilarity ensues. A heist. Gambling. New characters. A large indoor, space station map. They could write anything at this point and we'd eat it up.
That way they don't have to modify the current Night City, and plot wise it could occur at any point in the story. (Maybe some mention or workaround if you sided with Songbird at the end of PL…)
That would make me happy.
