I feel like ive hit a wall trying to tune my system. Lowering tRCD is unstable at 34 and doesnt boot past that. tRP doesnt boot lower than 36. tRTP unstable under 22.
Ive heard you should keep tRAS = tRCD+16 and tRC = tRP+tRAS so i think those values are already optimized given my setup (?).
Ive tried 6200mt/s but its unstable even at 1.3v vSoC, is my CPU just bad?
I also got a dedicated RAM fan, so thankfully im able to run tREFI at 65535 while under 50c during tests.
Also, zentimings is bugged, my VDD, VDDQ, and VDDIO are at 1.45v and vSoC is at 1.25v. Could I push further with higher voltages?
specs: Ryzen 7 7700X, 2x16gb DDR5 6000mt/s CL-30-36-36-76 Hynix M-die Single-rank
I followed this guide mainly and also this one
Any advice would be appreciated
