I got my first Gaming PC built by Captiva Germany, specs:
Gigabyte X870 Eagle Wifi 7
R7 9800x3d
Xigmatek AIO 360mm cooler
Crucial DDR5 Pro 5600 2x16gb
MSI RTX 5070 Shadow 2x

Following OCCT stress tests, Aida Stress tests and benchmarking, these are my final and stable values:

RTX 5070 – custom curve and undervolt and +2200Mhz memory, never goes above 68° celsius

R7 9800x3d -30mv all core, +200Mhz, peaks 83° Celsius in C23 at 150W and 73° Celsius in C24 at 140W, on only -25mv undervolt temps were peaking at 68 Celsius

Crucial DDR5 – I'm not so educated on ram timings but found a good guide, turns out the crucial ram has shitty timings and I adjusted it to fit CL38 and from 5600 to 5800mhz, 1.35V for relevant voltage settings, thermally stable ran a occt for 6 hours 0 errors

While the peak temps did increase with the OC, I think their in a safe range and still below stock with major performance boost. I play on Odysee G8 monitor at 3440×1440, has anyoneade experiences with overclocking and is it safe to leave this setup long-term (at least two years before upgrading when RTX 60 comes out)? I left CPU Scalar at x1 as I heard this could cause issues if turned to 7 or 10x?

Thank you
