I'm experiencing lag when playing Counter-Strike it's hard to describe in words, so I've attached a video. Outside of the game, the system works fine; no third-party applications or browsers are running. Reinstalling the game, logging back in, restarting the PC, and even reinstalling Windows didn't help. Has anyone else encountered this issue? How did you solve it, and what actually helped?
