I don’t have a shadow ban, and I’m not using any third-party software, cheats, or anything else that’s prohibited. But very often the matchmaking is either infinite or takes about 10–20 minutes. My NAT type is open, and I have no restrictions on my account. This issue doesn’t happen in the Rebirth mode. It often occurs specifically in the Battle Royale mode. What should I do? How can I fix it?
