My friend’s PUBG Mobile account has been hacked and we really need help recovering it.
Here’s what happened:
He saw an ad on social media claiming you could redeem season tokens/materials. The site asked for his PUBG UID, level, etc. He clicked through without thinking, and shortly after that, his account was taken over.
His PUBG account was linked to his Google (Gmail) account, and now that Gmail account is also hacked. Because the Google account is compromised, he can’t log back into PUBG either.
We’re trying to figure out the best and fastest way to recover both accounts.
So far we know we need to:

Go through Google Account Recovery, but the hacker may have changed recovery email/phone.

Contact PUBG Mobile Support for account recovery if Google can’t be restored immediately.
If anyone has dealt with this before or knows the most effective steps to recover a hacked Google + PUBG account, please share any advice.
