Hi! I’m new to the gaming pc world and I’m having trouble with my antivirus software.
I’ve gone with Norton 360 for Gamers (please can everyone be respectful of my decision. I don’t want any comments saying that I should have gone for anything else. I did my research and this one was the best option for me). I’ve downloaded it, signed up etc etc. But after it installed, it came up with this message.
I’ve restarted my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled Norton, checked my internet speed to make sure it’s actually working properly, and I can use everything else that requires internet on my pc and other devices. I’m connected through WiFi and I never have any issues with it. The only other device that is currently connected to the WiFi is my phone. I’ve also got the weird antenna things plugged into the pc so I’ve got the strongest connection. Plus the router is only a few meters away from the pc.
Any suggestions? I’m really confused!
