Yes, this is the only DLC ending where V doesn't die. I actually never wanted to make this ending, but in all the other endings, even if the biochip is gone and you return to your body, V will die within 6 months or 1 year, but this ending doesn't have that. You fully recover after being in a coma for 2 years. I would also like to point out that if you establish good relationships with your friends and help them, you can achieve something in the end, but don't forget that V can no longer use implants. You can't be a Netrunner or anything else. Everything is over now, as Reed said, V can no longer hold on to life in Nightcity. V is a mercenary and after this, he loses everything.
