I'll be real, I'm usually such a wuss about doing things solo. The idea of having to do all the heavy lifting is scary to me in CoD games, but this easter egg was AWESOME. I failed before it was nerfed, but it was STILL challenging solo! I've done easter eggs with some friends throughout WaW – BO6 (Not Shadows of Evil which is sad because it's my favorite map of all time), but I've never done one solo.
The boss fight has some really scary moments. Lost Tessie once, but didn't have decoys or Aether Shroud to repair her. So I had to weave through missiles to get to her. That part was insane. I feel like the nerfs, while kinda beefy, were needed. I actually wasn't able to interrupt the laser attack a couple times, which should've ended me. That being said, the boss is fair now. I feel like it was WAY too much before. I love Tessie, but I hope they make her a one time thing. I'm looking forward to the next map, and I'm gonna go back to the older games and start doing stuff in those again after I get Infestation done.
Either way, I gotta give a gigantic KUDOS to Treyarch. They've still got it. I'm looking forward to Astra Malorum.
PS – USE THE M34 NOVALINE. THAT GUN IS ALMOST ON PAR WITH THE RAYGUN MK2 AT PACK 3.
