I managed to get it stable at 6200 MT/s like this, but I'm completely stuck at 6400 MT/s. I've already tried an IOD-CCD of 1.14V, VDD of 1.70V, and VDDQ of 1.60V… dk..I'm pretty sure I don't need voltages that high for 6.4k but I tried it just to test. So, do you have any idea what I should do to get it stable?
Is this possibly because of the IMC?
So maybe i should be happy with 6200 results and give up
