I got a laptop hp 15s du3xxx but it has a limited clock speed of 2.0ghz where as the processor should have a turbo speed of 3.7 ghz . I tried doing stress test im arch linux as well as windows both have the max speed of 1.7ghz .
Is it possible to overcome this situation.I already have tried many ways but none of them worked like updating bios , reset ec , reset firmware and many more.
