Spent couple nights going over different variations of Eclk but as its my 1st time experimenting i've more than likely done it wrong but this has worked so far, and what i ended up with is…

200Mhz boost

Scaler x10

102.2 Eclk

-35 2 cores, -32 on the rest after core cycling gave me slightly higher results of -36 &-34 but backed off

low and medium CS -5

high CS +12

At the same time id also dropped Trtp to 10 from 12 and Trdwr to 14 from 16 and ran Karhu for 14 hours straight as recommended to me due to its cache enabled function, if there is any instabilities Karhu error's fairly quick, and i know its nothing to do with ram OC as i'd previously tested the same timings.

Effective Clocks 5,527.5Ghz – max 5,533.5Ghz and averaged 5,527.2Ghz at only 1.169v sustained over 14 hours straight due to temps in low 40's
