Hello everyone.I got permanent ban due steam theft last week .Hacker used abusing software and banned my PUBG PC account.I have already notified support about this but they keep asking my IGN name but I couldn’t find any since I was not playing the game nearly 2-3years I forgot :”) (I have gold fish memory) .Also I tired searching in the third party tracking site with possible ign name but couldn’t find any .As far I remember I had “in game name change card” in my inventory probably hacker changed the in game name .Since the hacker access of my account from September.How I can get out from this situation.I need help .Now i have full access of “my steam account” access.I am just tired of telling support that I have forgot my ign .Now is there any way find my ign via my steam information? Or am I cooked?
