Hey everyone,
I’m trying to get a better idea of what normal benchmark scores look like for the 9800X3D, whether stock or undervolted. I’m mainly interested in CPU results — Cinebench, CPU-Z, 3DMark Time Spy CPU score, etc.
Right now, with just a -20 curve optimizer, I'm getting:
- CPU-Z Single Core: ~785 (I’ve seen people say they get 800+ even on stock?)
- CPU-Z Multi Core: ~8700+
- Cinebench R23 Single Core: ~2090
- Cinebench R23 Multi Core: ~23,500
Just curious if these seem normal or a bit low compared to what others are seeing.
Also, what are the best well-optimized games to test real in-game CPU performance — specifically looking for:
- Smooth frametimes
- No stutter
- Normal 1% and 0.1% lows
- Consistency (not games that are just poorly optimized)
Basically I just want to make sure my CPU behaves normally in-game and isn’t underperforming or choking. Would be super helpful!
