The real US Presidential Seal has 50 stars, one for each state. This seal only has 13 stars which I thought was odd since "officially" NUSA claims control of 51 states according to the wiki… they only have actual control of 15 states, that's why the NUSA flag has 15 stars. Is there a lore explanation for why the seal only has 13 stars when compared to the flag which has 15?
