In 18 games, I don't believe I've had one cheater, either in my or enemy team.
All of these games are solo queue too.
I don't know what the experience has been for the rest, but feels like a massive improvement in comparison to last season (Although last season around 26k+ rating is where I started finding HvH lobbies very common)
