Hey guys I been stuck in this trying to decode it and I was wondering if anyone knows what it is? I know the newspaper says "Miami".
Also the last mission I just did was the snow one with mason and woods. So I don't know if I can't decode it because I'm at a certain point in the game. But any help will do!
