Hey Guys! So I recently shifted from i7 10700k to R9 5950x and it is my first ever experience with Ryzen
My specs are
CPU:R9 5950x
Mobo: Msi X570 gaming plus
Ram: 32gb 3600mhz
GPU: 3060 12gb
PSU: XPG kyber 850 gold
AIO: Id cooling dashflow XT 360
So the problem is enabled PBO (manual PPT:200 TDC:140 EDC: 170) and curve optimizer all cores (-10)
My CPU is boosting fine on idel 4.5-4.7ghz but whenever I load Cinebench r23 my CPU gets stucked at 0.8-0.9 and it's not going above that
I don't know what to do with my CPU as I don't have much experience in overclocking/understand volting
