This weapon is a joke hahaha I have never seen a weapon so poorly made, is it bugged or is the weapon like that?

It takes a long time to reload, it has very little range like the shorty along with its high rate and great recoil that literally makes you miss the first shot almost always and if you think I'm exaggerating, check the weapon's data table haha
