Capcom Pro Tour global leaderboard rankings finalized, two fan favorites barely miss out on qualifying in Street Fighter 6 - FPSHUB

This year’s Street Fighter 6 competitive season has now reached an important juncture, and now we have a better idea of who is going to compete in Capcom Cup 12 next year.

The conclusion of the end of the Kuaishou FightClub Championship 6 marked the final offline Premier event for the Capcom Pro Tour 2025, which also means the global leaderboard ranks have also been finalized too.

Like we covered previously, the Capcom Pro Tour global leaderboard has returned after years of being absent, but only a select few could earn their way to Capcom Cup through tournament points alone.

There are only six competitors who qualified for Capcom Cup 12 through the leaderboard, and this last Premier event did end up shaking up the final placings.

Before this tournament, FLY|Punk was in eighth place with 350 points, but his third place finish in China was enough to push him all the way to the top at 600 points (2G|Blaz technically had more, but he already earned his spot in the finals.

Reject|Tokido also had a strong run through Kuaishou FightClub ending in fifth place, but that wasn’t quite enough to push him into the top six with the longtime pro going from 15th to 8th place in the standings.

Punk’s jump up the ranks also ended up pushing Mouz|EndingWalker just outside of the qualifying spot he previously held despite being technically tied in points with DFM|Itabashi Zangief.

There’s still a chance for these two fan favorites plus many more players to make their way to Capcom Cup with the World Warrior events still going on with 25 spots still up for grabs that way.

We also had the unfortunate and surprising retirement of reigning Capcom Cup champion Kakeru due to illness, so his automatic inclusion has now gone to Reject|AngryBird instead.
