why is my AIDA64 latency WITH low effort hynix m-die timings still so high?

i have the F5-6000J3040G32GX2-FX5 kit and according to the sticker its M-Die (because "20M").

i've applied buildzoids low effort timings:

my aida64 latency is still around 72ns:

i've seen a lot of screenshot with a latency of 60-70, what am i doing wrong then?

what needs to be changed?
