Long story short, I got the following stable by adding a fan in front of RAM and opening the case, would quite like to make this stable at higher temperatures so I can use it with case closed and potentially no fan… Any thoughts or ideas?

Without a fan and with the case closed HWinfo shows that during runs that have errored the RAM temp (in at least one DIMM) has reached 79.8C. I have tried setting RFC to 1000 and REFI to 10000 to give me more stability at higher temperatures but that has not helped.

Similar timings for 8000MT/s at 1.35V are stable at 'high' temperatures (HWinfo shows high 70s during the extended tests).

Nitro 1-3-1 with robust enabled and TX and RX at 8 each, DFE training is ON.

I have a 5090 that dumps a lot of heat into the case, hence the necessity of having RAM stable at higher temps.
