Hi everyone, I am a novice in RAM overclocking, especially on DDR5 and came for requesting some help. I did follow some of the guides here and Buildzoid videos to do some manual tuning on my 2×48 GB 6000CL28 kit (1.45V G Skill Trident Z5 Royal Neo). I used them as a starting point and need your guy’s help to improve on it.
I did P95, Karhu and OCCT memory tests for 2-3 hours each so far but I plan to do more stress tests over the weekend (seems like Y-Cruncher is a must do as well).
I didn’t tinker with voltages/timings much and wondering what improvements or adjustments I can make to these sticks? My initial tweak didn’t work, it did POST but then BSOD’d on windows login screen. I increased tRCDRD from 36 to 37 and seemed to resolve the issue and passed a few hours of P95&Karhu&OCCT tests. I didn’t change the voltages from my initial tuning, VDDIO-VDD-VDDQ are all 1.435 Volts, VSoc is 1.25 Volts. FCLK is also kept as 2133 MHz. I didn’t touch the Nitro settings either.
Would you recommend tweaking these or any other voltages or timings? Any recommendation is appreciated guys. I will probably spend my whole weekend on this and cpu OC. For reference, I got 8.795 seconds average on PyPrime and 67 ns on AIDA64 with these settings.
