Some are 'usable' like the HRM and the Lachmann Shroud, but why the big nerfs for the others? Incredibly more recoil and far less damage/mobility. I understand they want to make the current guns dominate the Meta, but the other 150+ can't even compete! I personally would love a version of the game that has these guns in the loot (like the KAR98K already is) and maybe has one or two MW guns in the mix every season. Would be dope if one season the BAL was decent again and you could loot it, or the same for the Striker (which I know isn't terrible rn).
I understand they want you to buy BO6 and level up the guns, but is making one gun good really going to tank sales? Plus, they could just do it later in the year… are they going to suffer financial loss if they put the WSP 9 and STG in the ground loot in season 5? Really?
From what I can tell, players love the MW guns and go out of their way to use them even when they aren't good, because of camos/feel/design/etc. Why not make them happy and give them a little buff?
