Hey everyone!
I’m running a pair of G. Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 2×32 GB 6000 MT/s CL30 sticks (Hynix A-die) that I recently bought used at a really good price.
The system has been 100% stable for about week now, both in daily use (gaming, rendering, heavy multitasking) and during stress testing (no errors).
Since I’m still pretty new to DDR5 tuning and learning how to properly adjust timings myself, I wanted to ask for some feedback from people with more experience:
Are these timings and settings roughly where a decent dual-rank Hynix A-die 64 GB kit should land at 6000 MT/s?
Is there still room to tighten secondaries/tertiaries or reduce voltage without losing long term stability?
Would it make sense to aim for slightly higher frequency (e.g., 6200–6400 MT/s), or is dual-rank likely the limiting factor here?
Any insights or suggestions from those more experienced with memory tuning would be greatly appreciated! I’m trying to learn how to tweak this kit myself and see if there’s still a bit more performance left to unlock. 🙂
