Movement, hipfire/no-scope, and how exit scope fast tips for the AX-50?

I'm trying to get better at sniping and I'm already fairly decent at quickscoping and drag shotting. Working on movement and no-scoping. Also, in sniping clips on YT, I see people exiting scope seemingly instantly. How is this done?
