So, I deposited $70-80 into Skinsmonkey and with the 35% bonus i got like 100-110 i dont remember and with that balance I bought an Agent as well as A StatTrak Music Kit.
Recently, I got hacked so I had to revert my trades, so SkinsMonkey received all of their items back (which even shows in the screenshot) but the Balance has not been given back to my account.
I have messaged them countless of times regarding this but they say they gave me back the balance which is clearly not the case. SkinsMonkey really needs to fix their system cuz this aint it.
