Anybody here seen the film Drive with Mark Dacascos? May not be exactly cyberpunk, but I feel like it has some cyberpunk tendencies and influences. Main character has a cybernetic heart and is running from a powerful corporation. There's not much in terms of cybernetics visually, though there is some other advanced tech. The action is mostly hand to hand martial arts.
