I klepped this off of a Saka goon in Westbrook. I’m level 9 and have like ten total hours of game time.

This might seem like a stupid question but is this like a rare occurrence? I was able to sneak up and take this guy down without any issue at level 9 and he was toting a sandy like it was no big deal.
