I just did a full corpo playthrough and by the end I honestly hated my V. It felt right that she got used up by Arasaka with the Devil ending.
Takemura also hit me different this time. He acts like a mentor but really just uses you. Once he is back in Arasaka’s good books you are nothing more than a tool.
I went all in on corpo choices. Pushed Saul to sell out to Biotechnica. Took Joanne Koch’s bribe. If there was a sellout path I took it. And it sucked. But I had to see it.
By the end she was just another cold corpo suit. No heart left. Exactly what the game wanted me to feel.
Anyone else tried a full corpo run and come out hating your own character?
