So here’s the 2016 DOOM game! It is almost 10 years old at this point but still feels better than a lot of modern releases – it looks really good, plays wonderfully and runs amazing even on a budget build. If it was up to me, that’s how most of the modern releases nowadays should also be like! I ended up doing a full playthrough of the game, stay tuned for the next parts! Gaming industry, I’m begging you, stop gaslighting me and straight up yeet Unreal Engine 5 into the trash and build games on idTech (the one without forced raytracing).
