While not very noticeable to most players not paying attention to movement on framerates like 240 it still occurs (just less often) and is highly probably why its exponentially more impossible to get a bhop perf the more fps you have.
This might make you miss your counter strafes or even jumpthrows outside of niche movement tech like bhopping, longjumping or jumpbugging
