This is my second post, i have revisited my account after 5 years now when a fellow reditter here commented on my previous post and he was super nice to me and not accusing me like the others did.
Anyway, when i checked the account, found that the reason of the ban was because of modifying game code or data.
The fellow redditer who commented on my post previously mentioned that the name on the account is NM1xSADAM or something like that. Surprisingly thats not my name i used to have, i used to go by the name of Azrael.
So i have no idea whats going on, i sent another email to pubg support so that they investigate the device used at the time when the account was banned the ip address.
NOT FAIR, wasted a lot of years and resources since S2, all my results are legit then boom got banned just because someone got access to my account and pubg didnt even take the time to investigate, they just know how to ban and not fix problems.
