It has been about 20 years since I received a Game Informer in the mail and I did not expect the nostalgia to hit as strong as it did.
As I flipped through the pages, reading the articles and checking out the photos I was instantly transported back to middle and high school.
I know print media is said to be dying but I hope GI can keep their physical copies going. There's something special about holdiny and reading a gaming magazine that the internet doesnt quote capture.
The DnD Forgotten Realms poster was a nice touch, too. Awesome to see Karlach alongside some legendary characters like Jarlaxle.
And no, GI did not pay me to post this. This is 100% unpaid shilling as I think the quality of the physical magazine is that good. I genuinely hope more people give it a try.
