I had 3 8-pin connectors and one got a wire severed so I used two cables and one with a pigtail for the 3×8 pin power for my 7900XTX. Well, it was good for about a year and the computer I started crashing under any GPU load. I decided to clean up some cables while swapping in and out components to diagnose the issue. Once I took the PSU shroud off, I saw this. To yeah, I'm an idiot who used a temporary fix as a permanent one and paid for it.
