Played Warzone and MW 2019 4 years ago. It's become clear to me that the game launchers, progression between games etc. have become even more of a shitshow than it was back then.
Started playing Warzone again on PS5 around 2 weeks ago, I hit level 49 there. I linked my PSN to my Activision account.
I've just booted MW III for the first time on PS5, and according to the game I'm level 1. Even when I press start (in main menu) and navigate to Progression > Warzone, it shows that I'm level 1:

Navigating to settings (in MW III) > account & network > Activision account, indicates I'm connected to my Activision account. I can verify this by navigating to Social > Party & Friends, where I see 2 friends who play on PC exclusively and who I added through their Activision ID.
Is all of this right? Am I missing something? Why would I say I'm level 1 in Warzone?
