Last month in July 25 I bought 27000 UC from my wife’s card but she thought that those were fraudulent transactions so she reclaimed and all my UC got refunded. Later I explained it to her that it was me but it was too late I guess. Now I have paid almost more UC than I bought through Midasbuy and as you all can see I also messages from UC deficits but I still can’t play even some of my assets are still frozen. I even checked my currency turnover of UCs as you can see in the video but there isn’t any transaction showing to equal my refund balance. PUBG mobile admin please look into the matter as I have spent so much amount already. And please if anyone knows about the solution just let me know. Thanks
