I have a 3080Ti
Ryzen 7 5800x3d
32gb RAM 3600mhz
The problem is that I have FPS stutters in every game, e.g.
GTA: from 140 to 20 and stays. It always fluctuates so to 50-70-20-40fps
Minecraft Vanilla : 30-60 fps
No matter what game.
What did I do:
New driver installed
XMP is already on
chipset drivers up to date
