I'm using Google Translate. And I'm using a 3700x cpu (8 cores 16 threads).

The Correct answer of the blue screen + power down issue that had been bothering me for weeks was a broken CPU.

Warranty period has ended, the center recommended that I buy a new CPU.

But I saw something wrong somewhere in ccx #0 by OCCT scan, so I closed 4 cores with 'Ryzen Master' and now all errors disappeared!

I'll keep using it like this for now, but I'm starting to get greedy.

Now I have two questions.

  1. Is it possible to change my 8c 16t cpu to 6c 12t  by Ryzen Master or bios?
  2. If I have to keep using 4c 8t using gaming mode, would it be better to use 2 cores of ccx 0 / 2 cores of ccx 1 like NOW, or would it be better to use only 4 cores of ccx 1?
