This bust is my personal take on Case, the main character from Neuromancer. I sculpted it in Nomad, based on the mental image I’ve carried since first reading the novel in the late ’80s. I chose to create it now, before the Apple TV series comes out, to capture my vision in 3D and later compare it with the show’s interpretation. It’s a way to give shape to an image nurtured for decades, free from outside visual influences, staying true to what the book originally inspired in me.
