The buff to Tracker makes the footstep frequency like Modern Warfare 👍

Loving the Tracker buff, footsteps are now 5x more frequent—similar to Modern Warfare.

Notes:
– They need to add footsteps to prone movement like COD console.
– Scout class in BR needs this update as well. Footsteps frequency is still stuck at 1s.
