In the video (sorry for bad quality), Im at 177 fps, 10 ms frame time.
I press ESC, move my cursor to my second monitor (without clicking on anything) then move it back, and you can see my frames go back to 400+.
Current rig is 7800x3d + 6750xt. Let me know if this fix works or if my computer is just acting up.
