Lol for those who keep saying the 45fps cap means that the problem is my phone , you can remove it from the Ingame files with termux and play on the fps your phone supports

PUBG is the one capping the fps not your phone,that's why they ban people who do this because they don't want you to play at the fps your phone has is your not in the whitelist of supported phones
