how can i get rid of the safe mode bug, my dad gave me his laptop rx 5980 6000M and i wanted to go back to quickscoping on mw3 like i did when i was on my xbox but i launched mw3 the first day i got it then proceeded to try playing the next day and it gave me the safe mode screen and if i either say yes or no it crashes my game when im at the load screen to select multiplayer i was also using it on xbox gamepass idk if thats an issue or not that has to do with it.
